From observation to action
The Live Bid Lab is designed to connect permitted market evidence with a private, human-led bid-support project. The spectacle is optional; the source, uncertainty and next action stay readable.
Inspect a business event, procurement notice or permitted discussion without mistaking repetition for corroboration.
Separate what was observed from interpretation, counter-evidence, uncertainty and what still needs checking.
Select a tender from the future radar or add its official source link, then define scope, success and a fixed or combined reward.
The client authorises the submission; the named service provider performs the agreed work; evidence supports the outcome.
One lab. Three ways in.
Each participating person has one £3.26 + VAT monthly subscription. Switching roles does not create a second subscription.
Create a private bid-support brief, agree the scope and choose what the defined success event is worth.
For clientsReview suitable briefs, declare conflicts and accept only the work and reward that make sense.
For professionalsUse permissioned intelligence and watchlists without gaining access to anyone’s private project.
Subscription explainedSubscription is separate from reward
Subscription opens the lab’s permitted tools. Each client project order separately records the reward, payment authority and success evidence. The client pays Pay Per Award for its service; where an independent professional performs the work, Pay Per Award separately pays that supplier’s remuneration.
