Professional exchange
Offer senior bid expertise.
Review available briefs, choose work you can genuinely support and accept only the reward and scope that make commercial sense. The £3.26 + VAT monthly subscription does not replace verification, conflict checks or professional judgement, and no work is guaranteed.

Substantiate capability.
The intended professional cohort is made up of senior bid and business practitioners. Relevant profiles may include substantial bid leadership, BSc or MBA study, APMP credentials and comparable commercial experience. Every qualification, credential and case claim must be verified for the named person before publication.
A £3.26 + VAT subscription never creates an approved badge. Evidence review, conflicts and project acceptance are separate server-held decisions.
See only permitted briefs.
A professional sees enough sanitised information to judge fit. Private files remain unavailable until the client approves access and procurement or lot conflicts are checked.
Review before accepting.
The market shows the sanitised scope, exact success event, client reward, professional remuneration and Pay Per Award’s retained share needed to make a fit decision. Opening a brief never stops another supplier competing for the underlying public tender.
Acceptance is transactional: the server locks the first eligible professional to the exact supplier work-order version with Pay Per Award. Browsing or discussion alone does not reserve work.
Accept the exact work order.
A professional may decline or accept a supplier work order from Pay Per Award. Every accepted client order includes a fixed success fee of at least £85 + VAT and may add commission on defined awarded sales value, but commission-only work is not permitted. Where that professional performs the accepted work, their remuneration is 96.4% of the net project reward and Pay Per Award retains 3.6%, with applicable VAT handled against a valid supplier invoice.
Leave an evidence trail.
Supported claims, client approvals, milestones, handover and submission receipts stay attached to the engagement. Outcome matching prompts human review; it does not prove causation or debit a client.
Work within controlled practice.
Professionals are expected to follow the project’s quality, confidentiality, access-control and evidence rules. ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 pages explain the intended operating disciplines; APMP and APM pages state the professional-practice boundaries without implying endorsement.
