Client journey
Set your reward.
Bring an official tender URL. Define the work and what success means before a professional accepts.
Private by design
Prepare the evidence.
The live client workspace records procurement identity, deadline, scope, success evidence and reward terms as a private draft. It never invents accreditations or exposes private files publicly.
Private uploads are not enabled. Please do not send confidential tender documents through ordinary email.
Approve a sanitised brief.
You decide what a suitable professional may see before access is granted. Buyer-sensitive facts, attachments and competing strategy remain private until the required approvals and conflict checks are complete.
Lock one client order.
You submit the exact scope, responsibilities, minimum £85 + VAT fixed fee, any awarded-sales commission, success trigger, evidence and cancellation rules to Pay Per Award. Pay Per Award accepts that order when a suitable professional accepts its separate supplier work order or Pay Per Award confirms directly. No one can silently rewrite the recorded version.
You authorise the bid.
The professional supports the agreed work; the client confirms the truth of its evidence and authorises submission. A draft is never auto-submitted merely because it looks ready.
Pay Pay Per Award for the defined success.
When secure checkout is connected, the approved merchant payment provider will keep the client’s authorised payment method. After verified success, the separately approved project reward is paid to Pay Per Award as its own service revenue. If an independent professional performed the work, Pay Per Award separately pays that supplier. Framework admission, partial lots and later call-offs follow the exact agreement rather than a universal definition of winning.
