The same price for every role
A role is not a tier.
Clients and bidding professionals each pay the same subscription price. Each additional participating person needs a separate subscription at the same base price.
Accept deliberately.
Verification, conflicts and availability remain separate from subscription payment.
Subscription opens the lab.
The subscription fee is platform revenue before costs and excluding VAT. It does not guarantee identity verification, professional availability, income, project acceptance or a procurement award.
Your card authority has limits.
When connected and used for subscription checkout, Stripe securely holds the payment method; Pay Per Award does not receive the full card number. Every client order must still show and separately record the fixed fee, any commission percentage, the awarded-sales basis, the exact success event and permission for a verified success invoice before Pay Per Award accepts it.
Reward follows verified success.
No upfront bid-writing fee applies on accepted projects. The client pays the separately approved project reward to Pay Per Award for its service after the agreed success evidence has been reviewed. If an independent professional performed that work, Pay Per Award pays their remuneration under a separate supplier work order. Commission-only client orders are not allowed; the fixed component starts at £85 + VAT. Combined-reward projects are draft-only until later-sales reconciliation is implemented.
Know before checkout.
Checkout shows the total, renewal terms and stored-payment notice. The private billing centre provides the cancellation and payment-method route. Browser redirects alone never activate access; signed, idempotent Stripe events do that work.
