The whole process

From tender to award.

Choose the tender, agree the work and set the reward. A professional can then accept the project. The separately authorised reward is collected only after the agreed success event is verified.

One project / five stages

See the complete journey.

One accepted version of the scope connects the client, the professional and Pay Per Award from the first tender record to verified settlement.

  1. 01Choose

Pick a tender in the Signal Door or add one manually with its link.

  2. 02Define

Set the deliverables, deadline, success event and reward.

  3. 03Accept

A suitable professional checks the brief and accepts the same terms.

  4. 04Build

Work, evidence, reviews and client approval stay with the project.

  5. 05Verify & pay

After a win, evidence is checked before the agreed reward is charged.

Choose the reward

Two valid options.

The client chooses the commercial route before a professional accepts. The fixed part can be small, but it can never be removed.

Success rewardChoose one route

Option A

Fixed fee

From £85 + VAT

One agreed amount becomes payable after the defined success event is verified.

Option B

Fixed + commission

From £85 + VAT + %

A fixed amount plus an agreed percentage of the precisely defined awarded-sales value.

Commission-only is not an available route.

When money moves

Subscription now. Reward after success.

When subscribing by card, the client also gives permission for the separately agreed reward on each accepted project to be charged only when that project’s success event is verified.

What each stage means

Clear responsibility at every step.

No upfront bid-writing fee applies on accepted projects. The subscription, project scope and success reward remain separate and visible.

01

Client creates the project

The client selects a tender or enters it manually, then identifies the deadline and the help required.

02

Terms are made specific

Deliverables, responsibilities, fixed fee, any commission basis and the evidence that proves success are written into one version.

03

Professional accepts

A professional reviews fit, conflicts, capacity and timing. The project begins only when both sides accept the same terms.

04

Client controls submission

The professional supports the bid with traceable evidence and reviews. The client confirms its claims and authorises the final submission.

05

Success is checked

Pay Per Award checks the award against the agreed procurement, lot and success evidence before charging and managing settlement.
